In keeping with the new USCF features of novice level annotations in at least some games in every issue, the Open File will now also give one here & there. But we go one step further. Our game will be annotated at the NOVICE level. We do it right, with references and analysis that can be understood by even the very weakest players. AND WE DO MEAN THE WEAKEST.
